Originally a 15th century coaching inn the owner took on a serious project turning a near derelict building in to a successful bar and restaurant, which now also has 7 lodge bedrooms.

Working within the confines of very restricted room sizes and heights our design had to maximize every available space, a rational combi oven is the centre of the kitchen providing consistency of product-especially roast Sunday lunch.
