Providing a brand new kitchen facility in a 400 year old building with restricted sizes, heights and not one straight wall was a challenge.

The kitchen has an air in and out extraction system and is fully stainless steel clad. The cooking suite which includes a 7 burner wok cooker is by Falcon, we also squeezed in a small coldroom to provide maximum refrigerated storage.

The stainless fabrication for the bar was also designed and installed by Roland Allen.
